We cannot recommend Ryan high enough as a realtor. This was the first house that we sold and Ryan walked us along every step of the way and was extremely efficient with everything he did. When we did the walkthrough with Ryan, he had pictures taken and the house listed in less than 24 hours after our agreement. We moved out of the country and Ryan was our point person for everything at our house and he answered texts, calls, emails, even FaceTimed with us at all times of the day to make sure we understood everything that was happening.
The big difference for us is that Ryan is not only a professional but he truly cares about you and your family as he's doing his job. We will miss working with Ryan and are grateful for everything he did for us during our selling process!

When I was first in the market to buy my family and I’s first house, I was quite certain that it would take an extraordinarily long time and be a super stressful experience. I know myself all too well. I am a relatively picky and indecisive person to begin with and when a larger purchase is at hand, those character traits are magnified exponentially. I am also a naturally skeptical person, especially when it comes to the real estate market. Nevertheless, I was sufficiently clueless about home buying, so I had no choice but to work with an agent. I didn’t know who would be our agent at the time, but I knew well before we even started working with one that my personal character traits placed in the shoes of a first time home buyer was a recipe for an interesting (and likely annoying) home buying experience.
I decided to reach out to my old friend back from high school, Nick Pinozzi, as I had frequently seen postings on Facebook and other social media platforms that he became a real estate agent and had helped several people we knew buy their home. Without skipping a beat, he responded back letting us know he’d be happy to help us find our dream home and seemed really excited to be part of it. From that moment on, my fiancé and I sent him link after link of houses for sale that we liked and wanted to go see. Naturally, I was skeptical of every house and would get very nervous along with a whole slew of other first home buyer emotions, but he made the whole process an experience I never honestly imagined could go that smoothly. He was spot on, and just absolutely excellent in every aspect throughout the whole experience. He was very knowledgeable with the real estate market, he communicated well and never left us in the dark, he maneuvered and revised his schedule several times to accommodate ours, he was on time and always professional, he was enthusiastic about his work, he asked questions to figure out what we were looking for in a home, he always had our best interest in mind and would be honest about the houses we would send his way, the list is truly endless. At the end of the day, the bottom line is that Nick gave us the strong sense that he was working to get me and my fiancé something we’d be happy with for the best possible price. We started our home search in late summer of 2016 and didn’t close on our house until the end of March 2017, and we probably looked at 20 houses or more during that time, yet, he stood by us the whole way. That speaks volumes as well, which cannot be understated.
In short, it was a privilege to have Nick be our agent, and I recommend him to anybody, whether you’re buying your first house or your fifth house. You will not find a better person to act on your behalf and to be on your team. Speaking of team, I also want to acknowledge that everyone on Nick’s team was just as wonderful. When we started looking at homes with Nick and we wanted to put in an offer on one, at that time, I didn’t have a pre-approval in hand. Nick referred Ryan Andersen (now with Motto Mortgage) who reached out shortly thereafter and that same day, I was pre-approved. They were also both very patient in talking me through the reams of paperwork that was sent my way, as well as answering my millions of questions. The kind of service and responsiveness both Nick and Ryan demonstrated did not go unnoticed. They truly work for you, and they make you feel a whole lot more comfortable, prepared and knowledgeable along the way.
